Murder is defined as the unlawful killing of a person in circumstances where the accused intended to kill or cause serious injury to that person.
In Ireland, murder prosecutions are brought before the Central Criminal Court and the Special Criminal Court. We have extensive experience acting on behalf of murder accused and have appeared in some of the longest running murder cases in the history of the State.
